Property was in a great location and our room was really nice. We had a malfunction on the automatic keyless entry and could not get back in - even management couldn’t get in with a key. The manager Brandon, went above and beyond to get us back into our room. He spent hours calling locksmiths, and trying everything to gain access because my much needed heart medication was inside. We had remembered we had left the bathroom window unlocked (we were on second floor) so he called the fire department and they brought a ladder and gained access. We were given an upgrade and a new room. We can’t thank Brandon enough at the Carolina Beach location. He was top notch! Thank you Brandon! We need more managers like Brandon!

The location was right in the center of activities. I was easily able to walk to beach, restaurants, live music, shopping, and fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the outdoor shower. A unexpected perk was having a grocery store fully stocked with food and wine right next door. I even found a book store within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also found a service to set up a chair and umbrella for me on the beach at a very reasonable fee.

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking pass was provided. The location was great...right across from the boardwalk/amusement park. It was in walking distance of everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The location was great, me and my boyfriend didn’t have to drive anywhere. We loved that we found a grocery store right behind the hotel. The carnival across the street and the food places nearby were perfect.

Awesome quaint little room. Spacious. The furniture and vibe of the room was great! Perfect location and could walk to everything we wanted to do. Can't wait to come back and stay again!!
